Tammy and Phat's Wedding Blog

We took our engagement pictures yesterday and it was so much fun! We didn’t know it takes that long..we started at 3:30 and ended at 8:30 p.m. In the morning my friend Kimi Vu did my hair and makeup, it was really great catching up with her! Phat and I drove to LA and met up with Jay our photographer and he took us for a tour around LA to take our pictures. We had 3 outfit changes..it was fun changing in Jay’s van. lol. We took pics at Griffith Park, Union Station, the Art District and some rooftop pictures..it was really cool for us because we never really got this kind of a tour around LA! Our photographer Jay was really fun..he made us feel so comfortable and that’s so important since we pretty much spent the whole day with him. He even bought us starbucks and food! (He didn’t want me to faint..lol)
At the end of the night Phat and I went back to the parking garage we parked in and…it was closed!!! We didn’t see the sign where it said “closes at 7” so after a little bit of panic (I seriously thought we’d be stranded in LA or we’d have to call someone to pick us up) Jay talked a security guard into opening the garage up for us. That was a close one! We’re anxious to see how the pictures turned out..

Here’s a picture from Jay’s blog of him and his daughter Holly. I gave  Holly ring pops because last time I was at his studio she kept playing w/ my ring..such a cute litte girl! They’re such a cute family 🙂 I’m glad we chose Jay as our photographer.
