Photobooth Pictures

One of the very first things Phat and I put a deposit on was a photobooth. That was one thing we were certain about, was that we wanted a photobooth at our wedding. It’s just always fun taking photobooth pictures and plus, it can also be a great wedding favor for guests to take home!

We didn’t use their props, we brought all of our own props!  We had boas, fans from my shower, pearls, a top hat, and a framed chalkboard for people to write on. We also used a mason jar to put chalk in it and tied a cute bow on it! I wish I had detailed pictures..

The package we bought came with a scrapbooking station where guests can put their pictures in a scrapbook and decorate however they please.  I LOVE the scrapbook! It came out so cute and everyone wrote cute little things for us.  Anthony and Yvette, one of our groomsmen and bridesmaids, even drew a cute picture of a house and a small family on their page. LOL. Super cute. 🙂 The scrapbook, along with our guestbook is now on our coffee table. 🙂

So, all of the photobooth pictures have been posted online and we looked at every single picture. The pictures are all so hilarious and looking at them puts a HUGE smile on my face. Looks like everyone had a great time!!!

Doesn’t it look like everyone’s having fun?? lol. Love it. Good times! Best day of our lives!

Enjoy! xoxo

Our Slideshow and Same Day Edit Wedding Video

Ever since we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted our videographer to do a Same Day Edit for us.  Our Videographer was Thomas Buckley with Film My Weddings. Once we met with him for the first time, we totally hit it off. He was so nice and personable and we liked his work.  AND of course, he was in our price range.

The Same Day Edit is so cool because it gives everybody a chance to see the morning events and the ceremony.  It amazes me how quickly it was put together!

Anyways, let’s cut to the chase shall we?  Below his photo slide show and Same Day Edit he put together for us.  He showed this whole thing during the reception!! We were really pleased with the end result!  You have to click on the link below to go to his site to watch it..it’s a must watch!

A Few Photos from our Wedding

I want to wait until I post about our wedding day until I get our photos from our photographer but for now, I thought I’d share a few of his pictures from his blog so you can get a taste of our wedding day!

As I mentioned before, our photographer was Jay from Chocolate Photography. I just have to say, he did an amazing job on our wedding day. He was hustling! Running around every where and made everyone laugh. We can’t wait to see all of his final pictures!

Bachelorette Party!

It’s been long over due..but I finally have time to post about my bachelorette party weekend!  I just have to say that it was an amAZING weekend with all the lovely ladies.  We stayed at Encore in Vegas August 26-30.

When we arrived on Thursday I surprised all of the ladies with a limo with roses and champagne for all the lovely ladies.  Only a portion of us flew in that day..the rest of the ladies drove out and met us up on Friday!

That first night, we strolled the strip..and landed wherever the Vegas wind took us..it was an interesting and hairy night! lol

On Friday, Sue kicked me out to decorate the room and Yvette kept me company downstairs in the casino. The room was SO CUTE. The girls put stars all over the walls, they hung strands of pearls all over the room, and gold streamers..it was really cute! Sue made gift bags for the bridesmaids that had Roaring 20’s gear for our Saturday theme in them..she included pearls, boas, and feather head pieces! Check out the facebook link below to see more pictures of how the room was decorated. Super cute.

Friday, our theme was Ho White and the Seven Whores. Love it! Since I had 7 bridesmaids I just had to do this theme. Sue helped me with all of the “Whore” names. So hilarious: Gropey, Slappy, Assful, Teasey, Scrappy, C*ck, and Humpy!

Each shirt had a little iron-on patch of their dwarf!! Soo cute:

Getting the party started!

That night, we had tickets to see the Male Strip Show “American Storm” at Planet Hollywood..the show was a lot of fun. LOL..

At night, I changed into a Snow White or should I say, Ho White costume that I actually bought a couple of years ago, but never got a chance to wear it! It was perfect for the occasion!

On Saturday, we spent all day at Encore’s Beach Club pool party. I have to say..one of the the best times..it was SO much fun..so so much fun..we got bottle service and our table/lounge area was right in the water..such an awesome spot! Right in the middle of all the action

After Beach Club, we went back to our rooms and got ready for a night out on the town.  We at dinner at Sinatra which was right downstairs at our hotel.  Our theme was Roaring 20’s!!! Okay, I always wanted to do a 20’s themed party..so I knew I wanted to do this theme for the bachelorette party.  Feathers, pearls, oh my!! The girls dressed to the nines and everyone looked so smokin! I gave everyone an envelope with a flapper name and some flapper flash cards with some flapper lingo!

We had a party bus that took us club hopping! We had a little TOO much fun in the party bus!

That night was a blast.  On Sunday, we did a lot of resting and recovering.  We had lunch over at the Grand Luxe at Venetian and then we met up with the guys at the Wynn casino. We gambled and just relaxed.

Us girls had dinner at Ra and went back to recover and rest up for our early flight on Monday!

I had such an amazing time in Vegas for my bachelorette party w/ my closest ladies..it was seriously so much fun and a trip to remember.  There are tons more pictures..feel free to check them here:  Pictures!

Thank you again ladies for an amazing weekend that I will never forget!!! xoxo!

Our Save the Dates

A few months ago, Phat and I sent out a few save-the-date magnets. We didn’t order a lot, just a few, so if you didn’t receive one, it doesn’t mean we don’t love you or anything like that!!! Anyways, when we decided we wanted to do a few save the dates, we looked around online. I forgot the other sites, but I remember we checked out Vistaprint.com and Magnetstreet.com. We thought the designs at Magnetstreet were really cute so we ordered them there! Here is the digital version of our save the date:

We had a lot of fun choosing the different fonts and colors!  Super cute and super easy- just choose a design, upload your picture, customize the colors and fonts and voila!!

Phat and I just got extra stamps and sent these bad boys out.  You know me, I like to document everything for our wedding, so of course I took a picture of my spread on the bed when I was  addressing, stuffing and stamping!
